The comment that we receive mostly from participants is that they are surprised at what they have achieved whilst having so much fun.

This has always been our aim and are pleased to know that we have achieved it

From a Gold participant

“I thoroughly enjoyed completing my Gold DofE with CDAT. Both Shirley and Chris are great people to work alongside and are always ready to offer expert advice. I also appreciated the fact that canoeing training was provided which meant that I was much more confident when it came to the expedition. All extra equipment which needed to be provided was taken care of by them and they were all in great conditions, this certainly made the organisation for the expeditions a lot easier and more straightforward. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to complete a DofE award or simply looking for an adventure,”Lelyn.

From a Headteacher participant in BEL

“The price tag of CDAT Bell course is hefty. Would it be worth the money?
I can confirm that it definitely was.
The course covered a lot of information, delivered in concise chunks that were easy to absorb and fun. The structure was clear, logical and effective. CDAT has obviously put a lot of thought and expertise into designing it.
But it wasn’t just about the new knowledge. The main benefits came from doing the leading  assignments, receiving individual feedback and interacting with Chris and Shirley and other participants.
This format gave me the confidence to implement new activities that really challenge my pupils.  The leadership from CDAT has also made me revisit my thinking  on what was possible, in contrast to other courses . I didn’t just learn “how” to   but was inspired to push my pupils to new levels of achievement
In addition I made a great new bunch of friends with similar interests and wrote some  memorable new stories together” Simon

We also now have many qualified friends from these courses who are willing to assist us in running further courses, so why not join us and have fun learning again.

Please contact us and let us know what you want to do, it does not need to be a certificated course we can discuss your needs.
